3 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp ground ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 pound flank steak, trimmed of fat
vegetable cooking spray
1 tsp canola oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 tomato, chopped

Combine first five ingredients in an 8-inch square pan.

Cut beef into strips, add to marinade, turn to coat.

Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to an hour.

Coat a wok or nonstick skillet with cooking spray;

add oil and turn to medium-high heat.

Add steak, onion, broccoli and green pepper;

cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add mushrooms and tomato; cook an additional 3 minutes until
done.
