Andre's Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients

2 cups            whole wheat flour
2 cups            skim milk
1/3 cup           egg substitute
1/4 cup           applesauce
2 tablespoons   sugar
2 teaspoons     baking powder
1 teaspoon       baking soda
1/2 teaspoon    salt

Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until hot.
  3. Pour batter on skillet 1/4 cup at a time making sure edges don't touch.
  4. Cook until golden brown and bubbles appear on top of the pancakes.
  5. Flip and continue cooking until other side is golden brown.
