Ingredients:
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup 1% low fat cottage cheese
- 1tablespoon thinly sliced green
onion
- 1teaspoon chopped fresh chervil or
1/4 teaspoon dried chervil
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh dill or
1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
Preparation
- Cut thin slice off bottom of each tomato and scoop out pulp with
small spoon, discarding pulp.
- Invert tomatoes on paper towels to drain. Combine remaining
ingredients in small bowl and stuff tomatoes with mixture.
- Serve at once or cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours.
