Light Tortilla Chips

Preparation
  1. Pour water into a shallow baking dish.
  2. Quickly dip tortillas into water, drain and cut into 8 wedges.
  3. Add salt or other seasonings (cumin, Italian seasoning, etc.) and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  4.  Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until chips are crispy and lightly browned.
  5.  Remove and let chips cool.
  6.  Serve with salsa or homemade bean dip.
