Preparation
- Pour water into a shallow baking dish.
- Quickly dip tortillas into water, drain and cut
into 8 wedges.
- Add salt or other seasonings (cumin, Italian
seasoning, etc.) and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or
until chips are crispy and lightly browned.
- Remove and let chips cool.
- Serve with salsa or homemade bean dip.
