Honey Almond Crunch

Ingredients

1/2 cup         slivered almonds
1/4 cup         honey
1 tbs            butter
1 tbs            grated orange peel
Dash salt
2 1/2 cups     corn flakes cereal

Preparation
  1. Combine almonds, honey, butter, orange peel and salt in a large nonstick skillet.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until almonds are golden.
  3. Remove from heat, add corn flakes and carefully mix.
  4. Spread on buttered baking sheet. When cool, break into small pieces.
