Ingredients

1cup            fat-free granola
1 cup           crispy corn or rice puff cereal
1/4 cup        dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, pineapple chunks, etc)
1 cup           miniature marshmallows
2 tbs            honey
2 tbs            reduced-fat peanut butter

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
  2. Mix granola, cereal and dried fruit in a medium bowl.
  3. Heat remaining ingredients in a small nonstick saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Immediately pour over cereal mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  5.  Using wet hands, shape into 1 1/2 inch balls and then place on waxed paper.
  6.  Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
