1 stick of butter, cut into thin slices 2 tablespoons margarine, cut into thin slices
1/4 cup quick cooking oats 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup heavy cream omit
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray pie plate with non-stick spray.
  3.  Arrange peach slices in the pie plate.
  4. Sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg. In a small bowl, combine the flour and brown sugar.
  5. With your fingers, crumble the margarine into the flour-sugar mixture
  6. Add the oats and combine.
  7.  Sprinkle the mixture on top of the peaches
  8.  Bake until peaches are soft and topping is browned. Serve warm.
