- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- Place salmon fillets on baking
tray.
- Put walnuts, almonds, bread
crumbs, garlic and onions in food processor and chop.
- Add oil as mixture is blending.
Mixture should be the consistency of a thick paste (add more oil if
mixture is too dry, add more bread crumbs in too thin).
- Spread paste over salmon
fillets. Cook for 10-20 minutes (until fish flakes with a fork).
- Once done, place under
broiler for 1-3 minutes, until paste is a golden brown crust.
- Serve immediately
