Garlic Chicken with Asparagus and Mushrooms

                       Serves: 4 person(s)   Preparation Time: 10 mins      Cooking Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts flat.
  3. Lay five asparagus spears across each chicken breast.
  4. Roll chicken over the asparagus and insert a tooth pick to secure the edge.
  5. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place in baking dish.
  7. Cover with sliced mushrooms and garlic cloves.
  8.  Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
  9. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
