American Mexican Chip Dip

Amount   Ingredients
8 oz   Can of Refried Beans
10 oz   Can of Diced Tomatoes w/ Liquid
1 tsp   Chili Powder
1/2 tsp   Cumin
8 oz   PepperJack Cheese
***   Chips
Preparation
  1. In a large pot, heat beans and tomatoes with liquid over medium heat.
  2. Add chili powder and cumin and stir until well mixed.
  3. Chunk pasteurized prepared cheese product, and grate pepper jack.
  4.  Add both cheeses to bean mixture and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with corn chips *** (don't forget to check your serving size and watch your portions of the chips)
