Stuffed Mushrooms


Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix ricotta, onion, cucumber, tomato and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle mushroom caps with lemon juice and fill with the mixture.
  3. Garnish with dill or chives. Serve immediately or bake in a moderate oven for a few minutes.
