   I am very pleased to tell you about my experience with Dianne Villano and “Just Say NO To Dieting”. It was truly my lucky day when I called the number in our local newspaper. I have tried many diet programs and felt I was just missing some of the key understanding about how nutrition and exercise work together for best results. I was determined that if Oprah could do it, so could I because she is just a few months older than I am .
My first conversation with Dianne gave me a very comfortable feeling that Dianne recognized what I needed… she had the key that would give me the results I was looking for. As I came to understand the SCIENCE (not marketing hype) of te Custom Bodies approach, it just “simply made sense and I could incorporate this into my life!!”  
My issues, as for many women has always been my hips and thighs. The bane of my existence!! I am determined to become more slim and trip and I have seen great improvement while following Dianne’s advice.  
I have lost a total of 10.75” and 7 pounds in 7 weeks including 3” off my hips, 1” off of my thigh,  1.75 off of my waist 1.25 off of my abdomen. The best Part is that for the first time in my life, I don’t feel addicted to food and I haven’t had to starve or deprive myself to get these great results.   My understanding of nutrition now allows me to “Eat Smart Not Less”.  I am making better choices from menus whether at home or dianne out. I am also quite impressed with the results of “effective resistance training” I am finally doing exercises where I can feel the specific muscles being worked!! I moved to Tampa about two months ago and was looking for a QUALIFIED AND COMPETENT personal trainer. I was disappointed with many trainers I spoke with, as most were one-dimensional in their training philosophy, focusing primarily on exercise….and yet many were uneducated in their field .Furthermore, many just lacked the personality and enthusiasm that I feel is necessary for a successful working relationship with a trainer.

I am a mother of four children and have never been a big eater, but since working with Dianne and Custom Bodies and "Just Say No to Dieting" my whole outlook on life and eating has changed! The entire 6 steps process is exactly what I needed! I now know HOW  to eat and WHAT I can eat...which is almost  what I want to...as long as the portions are what they should be!

 
Prior to beginning with Dianne I had lost 4 1/2 inches with Body For Life.. but then that "program" ended...just like that! Since starting with Dianne in March of 2003 I have now lost an additional 7 inches. I am running almost 6 miles at a pace of under 9 minutes per mile and am looking forward to my first 10K and have my sights on a half marathon.
 
The practicality of "Just Say No to Dieting" is the best thing for me because I am not a
follow-a-diet-person. I know that I can have my 29 Cheezits each day and not regret it at all because I will run the next day or give 50 to 60 minutes to the elliptical  or eat a little better.  I worry so much about those that are restricted to certain foods or a system because it will end and then if some sort of healthy habit is not formed then it is over and boom ....the weight goes back on ( and then some).
 
As for Dianne and her support, enthusiasm, candor and fun...she is priceless! She has helped so many people who have battles far greater than mine and I am constantly amazed at how she relates to anyone! Just Say No To Dieting is a wonderful program.  Dianne is the spark plug for a group of supportive and motivational people.  Today is actually my 5 month anniversary on the group.  In that amount of time I have lost 25 pounds and 25 or 30 inches. 

 
Dianne educates, motivates, supports, and sometimes gives a person a good kick in the rump (in the most loving of manner).  With her willingness to share her knowledge, I am developing and creating a new lifestyle that will lead to a healthy and fit life.  I have more energy than I have had in a long time.  My moods are more stable and my stress levels have decreased. 
 
With Dianne's help I am achieving fitness goals that I will be able to maintain a life time.  This board gives me a way in which to be more accountable for the goals that I have set.  If you are in a negative space, Dianne helps you back to the positive way of thinking. 
 
I could go on forever about how wonderful this program  is, but I would need to write a novel.  Anyway, I don't know how many people would believe it unless they experience it.  I have in the past, and will continue to do so, compare this group to a family that lives all over.  12/03 Dawn Lander - Ohio
 

Dianne Villano, owner of Custom Bodies has been my personal trainer now for 8 Months. I have achieved many of my fitness and health goals. These goals were achieved due mainly to Dianne's excellent training abilities.

Now keep in mind that I am no  body builder. I am 39 years old and I gave birth to a baby girl in May of last year. I am typically a lazy person with some injuries. I really do not like to do my cardiovascular exercises., however, I do like to work out with weights.

I am very pleased to say that by working out only 3 days per week, I have lost 20 pounds, 6% body fat and a total of 19 inches and have muscles in places I never dreamed possible. I still have many goals to achieve but overall I am very pleased with my progress and I owe my achievements mainly to Dianne.

She has assisted me with my nutritional needs, strength and cardio training and mostly motivation.  I feel that she is very qualified in these areas die to her extensive studies and certifications.  I also am impressed with how she continues her studies and is not intimidated by trying new techniques.

Her workouts are tough but they get results!! She is very adaptable to each individual client and is always striving to keep the workouts fun and exciting. Custom Bodies has changed my life!! In the past 10 months Dianne has improved my life in the following 3 ways. She has increased my knowledge on fitness and nutrition, helped me to replace bad habits with good, and she has provided unmatched motivation & support.
