 Custom Bodies is dedicated to providing optimum results from your exercise program  in a fun and effective manner.  Since each person comes to us with different, goals, challenges, lifestyles and fitness levels a one hour consultation and fitness evaluation gives us the opportunity to get to know each individual and how we can personalize a fitness program to help them reach their  goals.  This allows us to use your own objectives and exercise preferences to create a customized fitness plan. REMEMBER our goal is to help you to fit fitness into your lifestyle.  Whether your goals are weight loss, health solutions, individual glute and core training exercises or  a new and exciting workout routine, we have a program for you .

This is the first step needed to create a “Fitness Plan” that will meet your needs and get the desired results you want. During this session you will also learn on how to raise your metabolism and what it takes to lose those unwanted pounds.

 Fitness evaluations are administered prior to beginning and every 3 – 4 weeks during your program.  This will ensure a safe and effective program.

 Consultations include an examination of:

 ·  Current Lifestyle, behavior and habits

  • Previous Fitness programs - experiences & outcomes

  • Goals and previous challenges in reaching them

  • Evaluation of current  exercise program (if any) and  food intake  relating to your fitness goals

  • Expectations and concerns

  • Fitness evaluation

       Fitness Evaluations

After completing a Custom Bodies Par - Q (physical activity readiness questionnaire) and health screening forms, the following tests will be administered. This will allow us to chart your progress as   well as establish a baseline  fitness level from which to design the most effective fitness program possible. For special populations (i.e.: high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy, etc.) additional tests will be performed by your physician and monitored by Custom Bodies, Inc.

  • Body Composition (body fat)

  • Flexibility

  • Balance & Coordination

  • Strength of core muscle groups and primary movers

  • Resting heart rate

 The "Quick Start" program was designed to enable everyone to fit fitness into their lifestyle and fitness budget.. We have designed the program to give you everything receive:

ONE ON ONE FITNESS TRAINING

Session Structure

The structure of a personal fitness session will depend on the client's exercise preferences, objectives and challenges.

Custom Bodies does not perform sessions with more than two clients at a time. Most training sessions revolve around the 6 components of fitness and we have found that more than 2 participants reduces the individualized attention that each client deserves.

  • Personal fitness instruction can be performed in 30 or 60 minute session, depending upon your fitness level and exercise preferences.

  • many of our clients prefer to share the hour with a friend. This allows you to decrease individual costs while increasing fun and accountability.

LIFESTYLE COACHING

Custom Bodies has designed a Weight Management program to compliment your fitness program. We take personal fitness instruction one step further and help you change the unhealthy habits that have contributed to your weight gain.  Each week you will gradually incorporate healthy habits into your lifestyle.  As you progress towards your fitness goals, the healthy habits that you adapt along the way will ensure that you maintain the body that you desire for life.

Each week you will receive:

  • Set of goals and the plan to achieve them.

  • Motivational e - mails and/or phone call to keep you motivated and assure that you are staying on track.

  • Accountability system

An e-system of accountability to keep you focused motivated and continuing towards your fitness goals.

  Includes:

  1. Daily access via e-mail to your trainer for answers advice and encouragement.

  2. One 30 minute telephone conversation with your trainer per month to address any detailed questions and relevant issues.

  3. Weekly monitoring  of nutrition program adherence and fitness program prescriptions.

  4. Weekly e-mail including articles and the latest in health and fitness related research - to keep you informed and in touch.
