If your youngster is sassy, squirmy, or just plan
hyperactive, caffeinated cola drinks could be to blame, a new study

Low Back Pain: Not Just for
Adults Anymore -
Although
back pain is usually thought of as an "adult" problem (research shows that

New Study Concludes
Teens are Obese Because of Lack of Exercise
SAN

America’s nonprofit fitness advocate, today applauds the recent findings
by University of California San Diego School of Medicine and San Diego
State University researchers stating that the lack of physical activity
was the most significant risk factor contributing to obesity in 11- to
15-year-olds.

Childhood Activity Decreases While Obesity Increases -Kids

Teens , Fitness &
You - With all the pressures today's teenagers have to deal with,
it's no wonder so many are in trouble. Statistics show that teen suicide
and teen pregnancy are on the rise, as is the firearm-homicide rate for
teens. Smoking among teens is in vogue, and two-thirds of eighth-graders
report that they have tried alcohol. And only about 38 percent of them get
enough exercise - which means the other 62 percent are setting themselves
up for a sedentary life and all the problems that come with it -
