1 can of tuna, drained
4 egg whites and 1 yolk
Brown rice
Soy sauce to taste
Spray a medium-sized pan with cooking
spray. Saute the tuna until light, golden brown on some parts.
Beat the eggs and pour into the pan. Scramble the egg and tuna
mixture together until the eggs are all cooked. Serve over brown
rice. If too bland for your taste, sprinkle a little bit of soy
sauce over it.
